Jeffery is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He is a caring, compassionate family man. His beliefs are strongly rooted in his faith and he and his family are members of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Jeffery attended The Birmingham School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Athens State University. Jeffery has also completed 15 hours of Clinical and Counseling Psychology training at Alabama A&M University. In addition, he has completed comprehensive training in Mediation Practice in the areas of General, Civil and Advanced Mediation as well as Domestic Relations, Domestic Violence and Pre-Foreclosure and Foreclosure Mediation. Jeffery believes that every conflict can be resolved through open and sincere communications by the parties and that it is his responsibility to find the common ground to facilitate those open lines of communication in order for the parties to resolve their issues.
